Bionimbus is part of a larger project – the Open Science Data Cloud (OSDC), which is managed by a not-for-profit Open Cloud Consortium.
Bionimbus has developed a cloud-based infrastructure for managing, analyzing, archiving, and sharing large genomic datases. Bionimbus is used by a number of projects, including modENCODE, ENCODE, and the T2D-Genes consortia.
